Tama Imperialstar King-Beat 8006

This Tama King-Beat 14"x6,5" seamless steel snare drum, was in very poor condition. Dirty as hell, the tone control knob was broken, also one threaded plastic sleeve of the shaft of the totally stuck parallel action strainer. In addition Zoran Bibin made me some amazing alternative snare wire with 26 strands, ø 0,4 mm.

Bringing this snare back to life was hard work, but the chrome came out very nice. Finally I found a original replacement part for the muffler knob and printed the broken sleeve on a 3D-printer.
