The 18"x16" floortom is made from a STDrum shell fitted with vintage Pearl and some new hardware parts. The hardware of an old Pearl steel snare was used to rebuilt the existing acrylic snare shell.

Repair of Pearl SR-015 Strainer
This strainer was missing one pin of the hinge mechanism. The lack of a proper replacement forced me to do this "quick & dirty" repair with a modified M4 threaded bolt. Works perfect!
